I was trying to pay for flight through Trustly and it said it hadn’t gone through and my bank was not accepting payment. Then I saw the money was missing from my account. I then found from my online banking that it had gone through but I haven’t received confirmation email or ticket. This was a very bad experience.I then got a message from my bank fraud department who identified it as a scam and said they will return my money to my account.This is a terrible site. Do not use it. If not for my bank I would have lost a lot of money.
