This is such a SCAM that they shouldn’t be able to operate this sight. I bought a ticket and noticed the times were wrong. So I called and they told me we couldn’t bring ANY luggage. Not even a carryon. I tried to cancel but they told me I would lose all my money. I was trapped. Either upgrade or lose my money. So I had no other choice but to upgrade my flight costing an extra $200 per person FOR 4 people!! Turned out to be no deal at all. I will report them to better business bureau. Don’t use this company unless you don’t mind upgrading.
