Max was very kind and accommodating when we needed to change our flight day with Delta. He found us a better connection and saved us money rather than going directly to the airline. Just note that their prices are restricted fair prices that do not include carry on. I highly suggest calling Travoport first to confirm the final price. Once you do, they have access to all flight timetables and you will.likely get a better rate than Expedia or going directly through the carrier. They are an actual booking site, not a scam at all.
