I have never had such a confusing and awful experience making travel arrangements. Your people were kind but difficult to understand. Also, I was told that I could not bring luggage at all on my flight. I feel this was a bait and switch that has cost me a great deal of money that I don’t have. I’m sorry but I will never use your services ever again. I’m actually completely nervous about this trip instead of looking forward to it. People use your sights to save money. But I feel like we may have been scammed.
