This is a scam. You think you’ve purchased a flight ticket. They send you an itinerary saying your credit card has NOT been charged yet. Then someone calls you and tells you the price is higher and you owe an additional amount and you have no choice but to proceed with both charges. And when you call back to speak with a supervisor it’s just a bunch of people passing the phone to each other pretending to be different people and they just advise you the charges are nonrefundable. A complete scam.
