I have a nerve-racking experience with this company. The worst experience in my ticket purchasing history, totally found TRAVOPORT as a complete scam. I should have seen the reviews about this company before paying for my ticket. I never doubt that I would experience this because it was listed among other flight deal search apps that I used before.15 minutes after booking my flight, they would call and warn me that I purchased a restricted flight and I am not allowed to take a luggage unless I book a new ticket/ regular flight for almost DOUBLE the price! No information was available about the restrictions at the time of purchase.During their call, they urge you to change the itinerary and are not willing to answer any questions you may have instead I found the agents very harsh and abusive.Save yourself frustration avoiding this scam.
