This is a scam company. They will call, say the ticket price went up, and try to extort more money from you to book your ticket. Sometimes they demand more money for other illegitimate reasons, such as to bring a carry-on on your flight, or to get you a seat (versus standing for your flight!). If you refuse, then you lose what you’ve already paid because it’s ‘nonrefundable’. If you cave to their demands, they MIGHT book you a flight for way more than you would have paid booking directly with the airline, or they might take your money and run. They are scammers, this is what they do. Do NOT book with them. The positive reviews are ones they’ve written themselves.If you just booked with Travoport, cancel your credit card ASAP, before they can run your card. That’s what I did. Travoport then called me dozens of times, harassing me, but they didn’t get my money.
