If I could give it 0 stars I would. Buyer, beware… They are a scam, they are not reputable, and they have abominable customer service, if you can call it that. I spent the better half of today on hold with this company. Trying to either cancel, get a refund, a credit or even a reschedule since my husband and I both have Covid not only were they not helpful, but they gave me the runaround and requested documents, proving my sickness and my husbands and then after over six hours of back-and-forth and being on hold I finally get an email from them stating that the hotel is just not being reasonable and not wanting to help us with the situation. That is an absolutely lie and a complete fabrication! We called the hotel, and they are more than happy to comply with our request, but they said it needs to go through traveluro since we booked through them. I reached back out to customer service to no avail. These people suck. Not sure how they sleep at night, knowing that they are pocketing commissions from people without trying to help them
