This website is a complete scam! I booked a room back in March and when I arrived at the hotel no reservation had been made and the hotel was sold out. I called their customer support over and over and finally got in touch with someonw. They couldn’t book my room since the hotel was sold out and they issued a “refund”. No refund was ever issued and now I’ve had to dispute the charge with my bank.
