This is an absolute scam! I paid for a flight from DC to Cabo, but upon reaching the airport, I discovered that Travelo1 had made the reservation without actually completing the payment. As a result, I had to pay a higher fee out of my pocket. They assured me they would resolve this with e-credits and claimed these credits were valid until December 2023. However, when I called their representatives to schedule and use my e-credit, they informed me that my e-credit points had expired and abruptly ended the call, displaying extremely rude behavior. The representatives were unbelievably disrespectful. I strongly advise avoiding such deceitful agencies at all costs.
