This company is a fraud. Do not bother using it, wasting your time/money. I received an email regarding my reservation that I needed to call back. Obviously, the customer service department is used to this fraud and avoids it because I had to call 5 times to get information on why I needed to call and was hung up on each time. Finally got through to someone and they are telling us that we need to pay more because some seats are no longer available. The reservation was made last night. Why confirm? Why did it take 5 times to get some information? I see from other reviews that this is a common scam practice. I will put in a consumer complaint as this is ridiculous.
