Simply, I was overcharged. By some $200. The customer service person told me that prices had gone up from when I requested the booking, but looking again, no where else on the internet was charging nearly as much as I was charged. And your terrible cancellation policies mean I can do nothing about it.Furthermore, everyone I called all but forced me into making decisions while on the phone, so I feel like I was scammed. I will never use this agency again, and I will suggest others avoid it.
