Update on my previous review as below on order number 33388978. I had a reply from Trade Inn to say they were passing my complaint on to the relevant department to investigate in February. As expected no further contact from them and no intentions of solving this issue. Again I urge people not to use this so called company nothing but scammers.Previous ReviewDO NOT USE THIS COMPANY refused to refund my delivery costs of order 33388978 even though they accepted the return of the item as ‘not as described’ on their website and also emailed me to say my additional refund would be received within 3-5 working days. I have chased and chased to no avail. I have requested a manager to call me several times over the phone but they just refuse. Disgraceful company with no customer service at all.
