This is a tracking company from China that it appears ALL Chinese sellers use. Rarely do the tracking numbers they provide work on the website, it will just keep spinning and spinning.My personal experience was a cat tree I ordered for $35 roughly, so no big deal right? They GUARANTEED shipping within 7 days, and I got a notice that my item had shipped, with this company’s tracking service. Each time I clicked on the link it wouldn’t load. I NEVER got any information from the tracking and three weeks after the item should have been delivered, and after numerous unanswered emails to the customer service of the company I purchased the tree from, I finally filed a fraud complaint with my bank. They were able to get the tracking information and sent me a copy that said my item had been delivered at my mailbox by the USPS on some date, about 2 weeks earlier.I sent my local postmaster an email and he got back to me. There was an item delivered, with that tracking number on such and such a date, and it weighed 5 OUNCES. Then I remembered that I did get a package that contained a small knit hat, with a return address in CA that specifically stated it wasn’t for returns.In my opinion, whenever you purchase something from China, buyer beware.
