I knew better, I gave it a chance and was blamed for their scam. The highlights after 71 days:Initial order showed “delivered” – It wasn’t.Asked for full refund.Would only refund 10% – ship a replacement order.Replacement order showed “delivered” – It wasn’t.Won’t refund because “package was signed for” I didn’t sign for it! I live alone, my neighbors are livestock. Requested a copy/image of signature on accepting my package – DENIED “Do not have access to such information as its not kept” Blamed me they “already lost money on the first & replacement order not arriving… a refund is not reasonable.”
