After the first time that there was no package delivered, I was able to contact customer service. I agreed with them that I would sign for the package if they would reship the order. They reshipped, I tracked, tracking showed delivered, and, not surprisingly, the same thing happened. I did purchase insurance and they tell me they can get my money back. We’ ll see but I am not holding my breath. This is definitely a scam.
