I ordered a product in June and got my “sent”-mail on the 25th of June. So far so good. Unfortunately, I have never received my product. After contacting support, they told me that it has been delivered but could not tell me where.I asked for a refund or resending the product. They offered 50% refund. with now 3 months later they offered 70% refund. Still this is considered as scam by me and I would highly recommend not to order via this shop!
