It didn’t work and after great efforts in finding and speaking to reps three times trying different things it didn’t work; despite all their sales techniques trying to keep me I cancelled and got an email confirmation. They’d charged me a mystery fee which they did refund, but then started harassing me again with an email stating they couldn’t charge my card to continue (I’d had to cancel it due to fraud – maybe them maybe not) so they weren’t allowed to keep charging on it thank goodness. Worst experience with an app ever.
