Couldn’t get it to work from Day 1. Wrote them an email, and was sent around different departments. Could not get an answer out of them how to get it to work, or a refund. 3 months later, it still doesn’t work and they are taking money out of my account, STILL. I thought it was a one-time payment – but the $ value is actually increasing?! (Started out at $2.99 and now they want $9.99… for what?!) When I ask for a refund, no response. BIG SCAM. Change credit cards or have it flagged at the bank, I guess… 🙁
