Made me send in my Passport and do facial recognition scanning, which was weird but OK. Then proceeded to take 450 GBP from me in deposits but won’t return any of my withdrawals without more verification, which includes pictures of the card I used, bank statements etc. So they’ll take money but not return it – search them on google and you will find an article by the gambling commission from Jan 2023, they’ve been fined over 400k for doing this to other people. It is obviously a scam. Secondly they sent me an email with a link to upload documents that doesnt even work. Crazy.
