Signed up a few weeks back and spent a fair bit of spare time completing surveys, where that process seemed good comparative to some other providers. I’ve now attempted to redeem my points x2 and have been locked out of my account with no communication. Not too worried if I can’t use their site again but they can’t simply lock you out so you can’t see what’s happening.I expect my rewards supplied on full, otherwise this site is definitely a scam and I’m more than happy to report them to Australia’s ACCC for investigation.Sort it out Toluna
