Customer support is a joke. You don’t even know what is a robot what is a human. When you get a human they give you a useless answer without even reading what you write, like 100% they don’t read at all. Seller sent a wrong item, a cheap whatever instead of very expensive one – they said they will give him his “first warning”, meaning you get f***cked, they don’t care and the seller is not only not responsible or punished, they knowingly continue to let them scam until probably infinite warnings later and the Tokopedia takes a cut of this scam. It’s not bad business – it is criminal. Stay away.
