I share the concerns expressed here by other users. However, to call this, a “scam” is overstating it based upon my experience. True, it is web-based not a standalone app. True, the interface is glitchy. True, tech-support is spotty. But the content and process are outstanding. Well, they have benefited me by evoking new awareness about underlying reasons for procrastination and new cognition about how to reduce it. My take: Don’t expect perfection with a world class user experience. But expect to see results in the form of new understanding and mindsets to curb procrastination.
