TOTAL SCAM and absolutely ZERO customer service. I cancelled within the required period for the 30-day money back guarantee. Not only have they ignored that request and not refunded my money, they charged me AGAIN this month for the full monthly fee. I sent yet ANOTHER email. It’s again falling on deaf ears. I’ll be forced to take this up with my credit card co. for charge backs and have to get a new card. DO NOT buy from this ‘company.’
