I should have immediately stopped signing up when, during the process, they kept offering things and deals beyond the original agreement, like a cheap used car dealership. After signing up, I immediately noticed that there was no way to change payment or adjust my subscription via my profile page or a lack of an account page. Contacting customer service is not a good way to opt out of anything or change your payment settings, especially when they don’t immediately reach out. I want my money back, I don’t want to be charged again and I want my account to be closed. Leaving a review on Trustpilot shouldn’t be the only way to get their attention.
