TicketSmarter is a total scam of a company. I wish I could give zero stars. I purchased tickets in August and was sent an email confirmation which guaranteed I would have e-tickets 3 days before the show. When that email did not arrive, I called, emailed, and live chatted with agents for this company regarding the urgency of the upcoming event date and each time I was told I would have my tickets in time. Three hours before the show, I was told I would NOT be getting my tickets. I was not allowed to speak to management and have not received a refund. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. It is a total ripoff. I have filed a complaint with BBB. Sad, disappointed, and out $$.
