I purchased 2 Taylor Swift tickets to Gillette Stadium on 11/15/22 via TickSmarter, section 419, row 23 for 5/19/23. Order # 40047618. Recently I received an email stating that the tickets are not available. I should have known this was false advertising and a scam as there is no section 419 as advertised. You have destroyed my daughter’s (14 yo) chance to see her idol since the age of 6. Because of this false advertising, I believe legal action is warranted, unless you can produce me 2 tickets.
