They do not tell you about their exorbitant fees until the last moment. Hidden in small print as you purchase your ticket for the stated amount. In my case the fee was 166% of the cost of the ticket.In their answer they point out that they have a business to run and therefore must charge a fee. Charge any fee you want but disclose (DISCLOSE). Do not hide the fee at the last minute.I called immediately after purchase and they stated that they could not reverse the transaction. I had not printed the ticket at that point. They are small time scammers.
