When the item arrived it was not as described and unbranded with cheap fabric. The customer service team said they could refund me 15% or I could pay €20-€50 to send it back for a refund and if I wanted to do this they would then send details. I found other reviews of people being scammed by them this way and I got nowhere with the CS. The last offer they made was a 30% refund but no full refund with postage covered. The bag cost me almost £60 so I opened a dispute with the bank after reading other reviews online of experiences similar to mine. They also claim to be ethical but sent the bag in 4 plastic bags and it came all the way from China. So blatant greenwashing.
