So, after reading numerous reviews both on here and Facebook about this company I became worried it was a scam however, customer services got back to me in reasonable time to assure me this is a legitimate company and I was garenteed to receive my items. They arrived within 2weeks and they are a game changer for naming and labeling uniform. The stamps are of good quality and the refills of ink. I have also placed another order for the personalised waterproof name stickers and I cant wait. Its been about a week and they have already been shipped out. I highly recommend.
