I needed a refund because I had accidentally signed up for a membership when I order a ring. I was confused why I was charged. Went through my bank and etc to find out why. Called the company, left a voicemail and they had got back with me and for the inconvenience, they gifted me with 3 different items. I picked out three for me and my brothers to match. I was worried at first it was a scam but they pulled through within the week time period it all happened. The necklaces were amazing and good material. They been in touch with me to make sure I was satisfied. Great company. Good customer service I didn’t think I would’ve gotten. They really do care about their customers and want the best for them too. I recommend them 100%. Couldn’t have asked for better.
