Absolute scam! I’ve been using tft for nearly a year, getting payouts etc but since this past year their slippage and spread has gotten so bad that it is so hard to trade successfully. The slippage is absolutely unreal for forex pairs and indices. Whenever I try to address the issue with support I get ignored! I have all files on hand of the documented trades and slippage way beyond stop-loss. They simply do not care about their customers and they are just trying to make as much money from us as possible. I will no longer support this company. I gave them a chance, I asked to speak with managers and possibly work these issues out but they refuse. How childish and irresponsible to not address customer concerns.
