The company had a crackdown on KYC scammers 20 days ago.I’m the one who got my account locked due to manual KYC.I have all my accounts locked and can’t make two withdrawals.I am very worried but after 20 days of waiting for a response from the company.I did KYC again and passed.The company has unlocked my account and I am currently resetting two withdrawal orders.I think people like me should be more patient.I don’t know what regulations or technical errors the company will have in the future.Currently, I still rate the company quite well.The law of maturity is to always correct mistakes and move on. So I think this action shows that the company is growing further.Although it took more than 20 days that I couldn’t make a profit which annoyed me, I learned and learned my lesson.Hopefully, the company can develop and support better in the future to avoid these cases.Thank
