for sure this is a big scam. I am waiting for my order since months. the communication via email is horrible and very unprofessional. the keep asking the same qustions every time and there was never a solution. they say that they cannot find my order although I gave them all the information a severel times! I delivered the exact description of the products, the amount, day and time when ordered, transaction number, etc. they still cannot find my order. now I am not hearing anything from them anymore. for sure a scam like other write in here.@essentialshops: when you answer again, as you where really interested in your costumers, try better.
