Need to return my cloud slides because they are not a correct fitting slide for my feet. Tried working w/customer support team, who responded to me SIX (6) times with scripted “we would be happy to send you another pair for the shipping fee of $9.95 and you can give your pair to a friend. They make a great gift. She refused to provide me an address to return for refund. I used USPS to send to address listed with a Google search. The building in Delaware is vacant and the pkg is being returned to me. I’ll try their Registered Agent to see if it’s even possible to return for a refund. Their customer service is very scam like on the line of harassment. DO NOT BUY UNLESS YOU KNOW THESE WILL FIT YOU.
