They have a game inside the app where if you make purchase above $30, you get rewards in the farmland and if you get enough coins, you can redeem the free gifts. I made $30 purchase, and there was a coupon I earned that was applied. The transaction went thru, but no reward was given. I asked customer service and they said cos after the coupon was applied, the transaction was less than $30, so no reward. The coupon is my entitlement and there was no fine print to say final transaction has to be above $30. So I got scammed to make a purchase and got no reward.
