Similarily to others, I also fell victim to this scam. I found the shop when looking for headphones on google shopping. Ordered the item on 27th of January and to this date haven’t received it. The only communication I got from the shop was the tracking number which led to alliancecargoltd and which shows that the item was unsuccessfully delivered to me on the day when I was at home the whole day. Recently got an email about a hack suggesting all orders have been lost and asking for order and address details. The company running this e-commerce is properly registered in Poland and the website looks legit as it has the registration number and address which are real and can be checked on the internet.I’m very disappointed to see so many clients have been affected by this. I initiated the chargeback procedure and also informed the Polish police in Zyrardow, the city where the company is registered for, about the scam.
