The most terrible money transfer service. Their security department makes you feel like you made a crime haha.. they don’t have any good explanation of what kind of visa works for your account.. it took me several times that they only accept debit Visa card.. once I got that they suspended my account because my transaction didn’t work too many times.. I did what customer service told me which was just the exact same script of what is written on their web site.. I just wasted my time but it was so simple and easy when I used moneygram or Ria.. their stupid customer service just lost the business forever because of their stupid attitude.. I explained what happened still they couldn’t reactivate my account. I asked him to add the payment method for me.. hey I’m not scamming you.. I’m a general public who is trying to transfer my money legally so have respect and patience to understand your customer or stop hiring good people who grew up with Canadian values and customer.. if you keep going this way you will be out of business soon
