Taptapsend

    I opened my account on Saturday, and it was closed with no explanation on Sunday. I reached out to customer service and they told me “We understand that you might be frustrated to have lost access to your account but we will not elaborate nor change our position.” I am very frustrated. This app feels like a scam. I am worried that they now have a record of my personal information, including my ID and debit card. I am reporting this app to my bank.
