Horrible. The better business bureau (bbb) states this company is definately a scam. By far the worst customer support platform i’ve encountered. I have had to fight and argue for MULTIPLE rewards only to be told i cannot have them even though ive given proof and everything. You get told “we cannot verify if the app was downloaded from out platform”, among other nonsense accusations. You have to actually CLICK the app in rewards to even complain in the first placeAfter arguing for days they still hold out by insinuating youre a liar, but still award you for “being a long time player…which im not.
