I’m writting as a Publisher,Dear Tapjoy, on 21.03.2023, you Flagged our Publisher Account as non-compliant and/or suspicious behavior and after dozen attempts to reach you via Email, there is no response. We had the account active for like a year but we were unable to integrate Tapjoy earlier due to technical issues and after we did it, shortly before reaching the minimum withdrawal, you guys flagged our account and I would like to know Why ? We are working with over 15 Companies similar to Tapjoy and nobody else had any issues, except Tapjoy.EDIT: Tapjoy, Thank you for the reply and we are glad that this will be escalated to Management for further investigating, but we hope this is not just an auto reply to blur the situation or further stall it. Approving our account year ago and flagging it just before reaching the minimum withdrawal for a payment.. someone would call this fraud. Even long time ago Tapjoy Managers reached us directly for proposal to work together, so we would appreciate if we can get in touch with someone from Tapjoy.Also we need to tell Tapjoy about one concern we noticed, unrelated to this case.
