I was lured into talk space as it was “covered” by my insurance. The app had me put in my insurance information and said the estimated cost was $0. What they don’t tell you is this means that they will charge your card whenever they need money. They charged me the first time because it was the “reminder of the cost of the session” (I had one phone call for 30 minutes cost me $135). Fine no worries I cancelled the service and never made another appointment. They charged me again the following month. I submitted an inquiry like they tell you to at “feedback at talkspace.com” about it and asked to have my card removed. Never heard back from anyone. Now another month and yet another charge. NO RESPONSE. Got an attorney and filed fraud charges. Maybe I’ll get a response now.
