If I could give 0 stars I would. I paid a total of over $600 (which I did not consent to in the first place) that number comes from them taking another $300 out of my account the following day. On top of this, I was receiving emails saying over and over “changes need to me make in regards to your LLC” mind you, this was two weeks after I already sent it in and paid the $45 to have it expedited. I would respond to every email “what needs to be changed” and would just continuously get the same generic email response back. After three weeks I finally just asked for a refund of my money and was one again ignored, this morning when I went to email them about my refund again… now my emails won’t go through. So scammy. They’ll hear from me every day until I get my money back for services I never received on god
