I was charged for a service their website couldn’t perform and when I asked for a refund, they offered a “store credit.” Tailor Brands charges you up front and when they can’t deliver, they refuse to refund you.They also tried a “retaliatory” charge on my card which ended up closing my card out due to fraud.This company is an absolute SCAM!
