Tailor Brands is a scam. They advertise different packages to assist with startup businesses for one price. As advertised, the EIN, LLC, website, domain, business email and more should have been included. I purchased a pretty expensive package with the company and I’m 7 days into the process, yet I don’t have any of the product promised. I have paid for an email and can’t access it, the website shows no updates on my EIN being processed by the company, I have no access to my website that was promised with the package, I cannot access the domain name that I purchased, and still I have no LLC. The legal documents appear to be in my account but the documents won’t open once they’re downloaded. I have attempted to reach out to customer service and the line rang busy and out of service. It didn’t seem like they had any issues reaching me to collect my payment info. Also, they advertise one thing but constantly upsell throughout the process. This business is immoral and illegitimate. Save the money and headache, just register your business on your own.
