SCAM!!! I paid for the expedited LLC process. As another reviewer stated it only means they will submit your application to state in 48 hours. I’m going on TWO weeks and STILL WAITING. It takes 5-7 business days to just file directly through the state. Do yourself the favor and save several hundred dollars to not deal with this scam of a company. Their fees aren’t transparent either- I paid for a service to also apply for EIN and got double charged as they charged me another fee to file for the EIN.Edit: I just called Tailor Brands to inquire on the status again and spoke to service rep Andy 9/1/23 at 2:50pm. He told me the state is still processing my LLC. I called the Secretary of State and was told that my LLC was processed and completed and sent to Tailor Brands on 8/29/23. I called Tailor Brands back and it magically appeared on their end. Then they told me they still need to process it on their end. I don’t know how much longer I’ll be waiting but it’s definitely faster if you just file it yourself. Go on your Secretary of states website and it looks super quick, easy, and about $200 less to just file it yourself.
