Use the service for one year and completely forgot about it. Found 3 years later. I’ve been billed each year for the service after contacting them to cancel the service and get a refund on the last year on the day the service was charged. After checking my emails to find I hadn’t received an email advising me this was going to happen. I’ve been told there’s no way of getting a refund. Complete scam. Wouldn’t use them again. I would warn anybody to be careful if they do use them. Seriously annoyed. Think I might have to go through my actual credit card company to get the money back
