The chat agent did well in what they could do however I think the company can improve on advertisement as I feel EXTREMELY mislead. Especially considering that the chat agent could only offer a 50% refund less than 24hrs from purchase of product. The LLC formation is on hold yet they couldn’t allow him to cancel the whole order and issue a refund. I’ve been a chat agent before so I can’t blame the service but I’m disappointed in this company as it was highly reviewed. The fees were not laid out in an easy to understand manner and I feel scammed. I worked hard for my money.. I’m heartbroken.Edited to add: The company reached out immediately so I have moved the rating from 3 to 4 stars. The only reason it’s not a 5 is because of the hassle for a refund however I do think if you have the budget this is a good service. Just read everything CAREFULLY and know what you need for your LLC
