This review is an update to the complaint I made in regard to a very bad ordering experience I had with Synoshi which they , thanks to a woman by the name of Joan, have now handled much to my satisfaction by refunding my money on a very screwed up order for two synoshi scrubbers which ended up being four. Joan informed me that Synoshi was refunding my money along with telling me to keep the product .Bottom line, I had felt this whole matter was set up to be a scam however what I now believe is that Synoshi is currently a victim of their own ordering system setup. The agents I dealt with were always quite friendly but the “system” that they currently are dealing with is very customer unfriendly as well as confusing. I have now tried the scrubber and find it to be quite a well designed , and powerful for it’s size, product.But the management of Synoshi seriously needs to redesign their order system as the one I dealt with had no flexibility and the product return requirements were ridiculous. Bottom line, I no longer feel that this was a scam but simply a poorly designed order and “warehouse” setup.
