I wil give a zero start, I agree with everybody here. NEVER PURCHASE ON SS! purchasing ticket here will costs you more than you buy from official airline. so many additional costs that not worthy. I lost 590 euro.SS website is not up-to-date, unreliable, seems like click bait, they showed fake available schedule. They change my departure flight. My real experience, yesterday I purchased multiple flights. On website, the schedule was shown as available on Sat, 25/3. Several minutes later after I purchased, I got email from airline that my flight is reschedule to 26 Mar (Sun) which is unacceptable for me. I check to airline’s web, they only have 2 schedule to my destination: every Tuesday & Sunday. The airline never have schedule on Sat! Then, why does SuperSaver show on web and claimed as available on Sat? It’s a SCAM!I contacted the CS to reschedule to other date and cancel a connecting flight and ask for refund, but and it is EXTREMELY DIFFICULT for me to connect with the support team of SS. Till I write now, I haven’t been contacted by them. I need to buy a NEW TICKET that cost me more. I SUPER DUPER REGRET & NEVER PURCHASE here again!!!! I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED, DON’T BE THE NEXT VICTIM
